The mutant's behaviour is unstable and unpredictable. Even when it can't find anything to drink, its metabolism is capable of producing its own alcohol! Its gait becomes an extended stagger (M -1).

Roll a D6 at the beginning of the game turn. On a result of 6, the mutant is under the influence. Another D6 is rolled: on a roll of 1, the mutant stands still, unable to comprehend what is going on around it; on a roll of 2-3, it attacks the nearest creature, friend and foe alike; on a roll of 4-6, it staggers in a random direction (clockface using a D12) rather than moving with purpose, also attacking the nearest creature it encounters.
